MR.YUSUF RAHI :- Head Operation

A Mechanical Engineer with over 19 years of telecom & Automobile sector experience in production, Quality & designing having a vide experience with OEM’s & Telecom operators.

Management Structure

The Corporate Management of BR TELE INFRA is structured to give maximum management support to the company. The apex body for corporate governance consist of two Managing Partners and two Financial Advisors. This body has to its credit a combined industry experience of 35 man-years in India. This body provides the leadership and direction to the organization and also engages in all strategic and long term business decisions.

Project Execution

Meticulous planning, monitoring and control of project activities ensure timely completion of projects. As soon as the work order is received the Planning Engineering group in the main office together with the site Engineering group prepares detailed work schedules, material requirements and cost estimates. A manual for the project management acts as the guide for the service engineers to ensure quick mobilization, starting of the project, monitoring and control of the activities. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) as well as Quality requirements are simultaneously enforced

Q.C. refers to operational techniques & the activities used to keep the quality of inputs or outputs to specifications to fulfill & verify requirements of quality.
